Last night
my grandmother passed away. She
was 92 and lived a wonderful life.
Tonight while hosting an event for the Heart of Haiti, I saw these
handcrafted angels that reminded me of her.

My grandmother loved angels. She had an entire collection of them and it was hard not to go anywhere and see angels without thinking of her. She would have loved these too. I can only hope that she’s
found her place with them in the heavens above.
As a hostess, I received items from the Heart of Haiti collection including one of the angels pictured above that I would have given to my grandmother for her collection.
